On March 11, Yang Xiaojun, Director of the Standing Committee of the District People’s Congress, led a delegation comprising principal leaders from the Natural Resources Bureau, the Linzi Ecological Environment Sub‑Bureau, the District Administrative Approval Bureau, and other relevant departments. Accompanied by Feng Qingji, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xindian Subdistrict, and other responsible leaders in charge, they visited Noao Chemical to hold a symposium. There, they engaged in face‑to‑face discussions with Gao Yong, Secretary of the Company’s Party General Branch and Executive Director, as well as the heads of 11 key enterprises, addressing their challenges on the spot and boosting their confidence while adding momentum to drive high‑quality enterprise development.

During the symposium, Yang Xiaojun listened to Gao Yong’s report on the company’s recent production and operations, product structure, and the land requirements, karst geological exploration, and new project development it has been facing in its growth. Gao Yong stated that, with the strong support of the district government and Xindian Subdistrict, the company’s land issues have been basically resolved. He also noted that the company has been actively facilitating connections and providing assistance in securing resources for new projects, thereby offering robust support for the company’s development, for which he expressed his heartfelt gratitude.

In response to the specific issues raised by Nuo’ao Chemical, heads of various district-level departments provided on-site policy explanations and precisely aligned business needs, proposing solutions and work strategies one by one. They also reminded the company to promptly organize relevant entities to conduct karst geological exploration, and noted that national-level experts would be invited to conduct a unified review at that time.

Yang Xiaojun emphasized that the relevant departments and Xindian Subdistrict should take this research trip as an opportunity to strengthen their sense of responsibility, optimize service provision, and provide more precise policy support and more efficient service delivery, thereby fully supporting the growth and development of enterprises. He specifically pointed out that Xindian Subdistrict should proactively offer services from the front line, fully leveraging its role as a bridge and liaison, taking the lead in establishing communication and coordination platforms between enterprises and higher-level authorities as well as Qilu Company, and setting up rapid response mechanisms.
