Strictly investigate and meticulously rectify the defense line; adopt multiple measures to ensure safety
——The Department of Safety and Environmental Protection uses warning education as a lever to strengthen hidden danger investigation and rectification
Recently, a series of production safety accidents have occurred in Shandong Province, including the "incident" at Zibo Zhengtuo Gas Co., Ltd.2.26incident" at Qingdao Qianbaiwei Food Ingredients Co., Ltd.2.15incident" at Rizhao Ruihua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.2.8and other production safety accidents, causing serious social impact. To learn deeply from the lessons of these accidents and in accordance with the requirements of the safety production accident warning education meeting of the Linzi District Emergency Management Bureau, the company's safety and environmental protection department further refined the methods for daily hidden danger investigation, strictly supervised on-site management, promoted improvement through investigation, and eliminated safety hazards. Only3month1day to21day, the safety and environmental protection department announced various hidden dangers and unsafe factors through the on-site management group74items, effectively promoting the safety production management and hidden danger rectification work of the company's various units.
To ensure safety, on-site management must be prioritized. Recently, the safety and environmental protection department has strengthened the daily inspection intensity of safety management personnel, reasonably arranging inspection time periods, frequency, and routes to ensure that safety management personnel are present on-site to supervise and inspect during important working hours. In terms of hidden danger investigation, the safety and environmental protection department requires all safety management personnel to conduct comprehensive and thorough hidden danger investigations in accordance with the "Special Action Inspection Form for Safety Production in Chemical and Hazardous Chemical Enterprises in Linzi District" and the2025Annual Self-Check Form for Enterprises in Key Counties for Hazardous Chemicals". Emphasis is placed on rectifying "repeated violations", on-site safety, gas detection and alarming, safety accessories, lightning protection and anti-static measures, emergency equipment and facilities.
To ensure safety, special operation management must address the difficulties. The safety and environmental protection department focuses on the requirements of the "four special rectification" initiatives, strictly controlling the risks of special operations, comprehensively investigating violations of electrical welding and construction, confined space operations, preventing falls from heights and outsourcing construction safety risks. Particular attention is paid to increasing the inspection efforts on contractor personnel factory training and safety briefings, electronic work permits, key fire prevention areas, and construction cross-operations to ensure the safety of special operations.
