Product Description

Crude octanol is colorless liquid. Melting point -76 ° C or below, boiling point 183.5 ° C (101.3kpa), flash point 79 ° C (closed cup), ignition point 305 ° C, vapor density 4.49. Relative density 0.834 (20 ° C / 20 ° C). Insoluble in water, miscible with alcohol, ether, etc. in any ratio.

Usage

Mainly used in the production of dioctyl phthalate, dioctyl sebacate, dioctyl terephthalate, octyl acrylate, dioctyl adipate and other ester plasticizers. It is also the raw material of synthetic lubricant and antioxidant, and can be used as the raw material of photographic paper, paint, defoamer in printing industry, glaze dispersant in ceramic industry, ore flotation agent, scavenger, petroleum additives, fuel dispersant, detergent, dehydrating agent, and spice.

Packing

Dry, clean tankers should be used.

Storage

It should be stored in room temperature, dry and ventilated warehouse. Lightly move and place when shipment, avoid collision, fireproof and sunproof.
