Product Description

2-Methylbutanol, also known as 2-methyl-1-butanol, active pentanol, chemical formula for C5H12O, colorless transparent liquid. Slightly soluble in water, miscible with alcohol and ether.

Usage

Mainly used as a synthetic raw material for the introduction of the spinning pentyl group, also used as a solvent.
