The inspection team went deep into the production frontline, conducting on-site checks one after another in key areas such as the company’s production facilities, supporting tank farms, and the central control room. They carefully examined the operation of equipment as well as the implementation of safety measures. Following this, the team thoroughly reviewed the company’s documentation related to process management, equipment maintenance, and safety administration.

After the inspection concluded, the inspection team provided valuable feedback and recommendations regarding the issues and shortcomings identified during the process. This safety inspection was comprehensive and thoroughly detailed, clearly pointing the way for our company to further strengthen our safety management foundation.

Through this inspection, our company will systematically identify existing issues and shortcomings, compile them into a clear checklist, benchmark against industry standards for targeted improvements, and continuously strengthen the rectification of potential hazards—ensuring that hazard identification covers every corner and that all remediation measures are fully implemented.
