This major overhaul is a comprehensive shutdown overhaul implemented after four consecutive years of operation. Maintenance, renovation, and hazard control are carried out simultaneously. There are many projects, heavy tasks, and tight time constraints. The "Nuoao Company 5.28 Year Major Overhaul Safety Management Regulations" were promulgated, focusing on the precautions for key aspects such as on-site safety training, safety responsibilities, construction safety requirements, and civilized construction. The Mechanical and Power Department emphasized three requirements for the selection of contractor construction personnel: first, to attach importance to the qualifications and knowledge level of construction personnel; second, to attach importance to whether the selected construction personnel have occupational contraindications; and third, to attach importance to whether the selected construction personnel have experience in construction in hazardous chemical enterprises. 2025年大检修安全管理规定》，重点对入厂安全培训、安全职责分工、施工安全要求和文明施工等重点环节的注意事项进行了讲解。机械动力部就承包商施工人员选择强调三点要求，一要重视施工人员的资质情况和知识水平，二要重视选用的施工人员是否存在职业禁忌症的情况，三要重视选用的施工人员是否有在危险化学品企业施工的经历。

This major overhaul coincides with the nationwide 24 th "Safety Production Month." In accordance with the general manager's work requirements for safety overhauls, during the overhaul preparation period, professional management departments have organized special safety training for special operation supervisors and contractors. Next, during the overhaul period, production, mechanical, and safety and environmental protection professionals will continue to exert efforts in pre-operation safety briefings and on-site safety supervision and inspection to build a solid "safety dam" for major overhaul construction.
