The safety production situation is severe and complex. Now, regarding the current safety production work, I would like to emphasize four points:
First, strengthen organizational leadership, optimize overall scheduling, refine plans and pre-plans, strengthen the management of special operations and outsourced contractors, and build a solid safety barrier for overhauls.
Second, deepen the safety month activities and improve the quality and effectiveness of safety management. Carefully plan the “Safety Production Month” activities, strengthen publicity and education, and comprehensively improve employees' safety awareness and operational skills; integrate it deeply into the entire overhaul process, using activities to promote overhaul safety. Continuously identify risks and hidden dangers, and effectively improve the strong desire and ability to identify and solve problems.
Third, implement summer “four defenses”, and respond to the challenges of extreme weather. Focus on key areas and weak links, strengthen inspections and maintenance, and ensure the stable operation of equipment and facilities. Improve the emergency plan system and enhance emergency response capabilities. Closely monitor weather warning information and make advance preparations for prevention. Strengthen the reserves of emergency materials to be prepared.
Fourth, consolidate safety responsibilities and cultivate a safety culture among all employees. All levels of leadership must effectively improve their political standing and give full play to their exemplary and leading role, going deep into the production site and the front line of overhauls. Strictly implement the safety production responsibility system to ensure that post responsibilities are assigned to individuals, and that the process standards are clear, achieving seamless connection and full process coverage. Strictly enforce safety regulations and strengthen assessment and accountability. Pay attention to safety culture construction, and insist on deeply integrating safety culture construction into the company's development, and consolidating the consensus on safety among all employees.

Currently, we are in a critical period of “three overlapping periods”: equipment overhaul, safety production month, and summer extreme weather.
