To thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions and instructions on safety production, and to promote the sustained and stable safety situation of the company 。5 month 30 day, the company held a 2025 year “Safety Production Month” activity launch meeting. At the launch ceremony of the “Safety Production Month” activity, Party branch secretary and executive director Gao Yong gave instructions on the company's recent safety production work and the “Safety Production Month” activity.

General Manager Gao pointed out, By watching the safety production month publicity and education film, all cadres and employees not only received a profound safety education, but also experienced a serious warning and alert.

General Manager Gao emphasized, 2025 The annual equipment overhaul is about to be fully launched. It coincides with the national “Safety Production Month” and is about to enter a period of frequent extreme weather such as high temperatures, thunderstorms, and strong winds in the summer. The safety production situation is severe and complex. Now, regarding the current safety production work, I would like to emphasize four points:

First, strengthen organizational leadership, optimize overall scheduling, refine plans and pre-plans, strengthen the management of special operations and outsourced contractors, and build a solid safety barrier for overhauls.

Second, deepen the safety month activities and improve the quality and effectiveness of safety management. Carefully plan the “Safety Production Month” activities, strengthen publicity and education, and comprehensively improve employees' safety awareness and operational skills; integrate it deeply into the entire overhaul process, using activities to promote overhaul safety. Continuously identify risks and hidden dangers, and effectively improve the strong desire and ability to identify and solve problems.

Third, implement summer “four defenses”, and respond to the challenges of extreme weather. Focus on key areas and weak links, strengthen inspections and maintenance, and ensure the stable operation of equipment and facilities. Improve the emergency plan system and enhance emergency response capabilities. Closely monitor weather warning information and make advance preparations for prevention. Strengthen the reserves of emergency materials to be prepared.  

Fourth, consolidate safety responsibilities and cultivate a safety culture among all employees. All levels of leadership must effectively improve their political standing and give full play to their exemplary and leading role, going deep into the production site and the front line of overhauls. Strictly implement the safety production responsibility system to ensure that post responsibilities are assigned to individuals, and that the process standards are clear, achieving seamless connection and full process coverage. Strictly enforce safety regulations and strengthen assessment and accountability. Pay attention to safety culture construction, and insist on deeply integrating safety culture construction into the company's development, and consolidating the consensus on safety among all employees.

General Manager Gao emphasized again, Safety production is a major responsibility. Currently, we are in a critical period of “three overlapping periods”: equipment overhaul, safety production month, and summer extreme weather. We must, with a high sense of responsibility and execution, coordinate the advancement of various tasks, and use the highest standards, the most practical measures, and the strictest style of work to build a solid safety line, providing a solid guarantee for the high-quality development of the company.

General Manager Guo Zhenxing made requirements for the “Safety Production Month” activities and recent safety production work. General Manager Guo pointed out that it is necessary to improve ideological understanding, thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on safety production; consolidate safety responsibilities and strictly implement the main responsibilities of departments; strengthen education and training and improve the safety quality of all employees; solidly carry out the “three basics and three disciplines” work to ensure the participation and responsibility of all employees; strengthen the supervision and assessment mechanism and standardize operational behavior; and promote the transformation from accident emergency response to risk prevention, eliminating accidents in their infancy, and building a solid safety production line.
